We invite you to attend our next winter concert as we celebrate the classical composers whose works inspired some of the most beloved popular songs of our time. Please join us for a program of great classical and contemporary pops music.

The performance starts at 4pm, but if you arrive early, you will have time to view the current exhibit on display in historic Mayslake Hall. Doors will open at 3pm.

 

The current exhibit, of black & white photos, is titled:

Mayslake: A Sanctuary for Refreshment and Renewal

Through his camera lens, William North draws you into the ways the architecture and design of Mayslake Hall highlights and amplifies its bucolic setting, creating space for contemplating and enjoying nature.

 

Open House at 3:15

Beginning at 3:15, explore the second floor of Mayslake Hall and see the bedrooms of the house.  You’ll find the Peabody’s rooms, guest rooms, servants’ quarters and volunteers will be available to help answer questions and tell fun stories about the house and its history.  The second floor has not yet been restored, so if you’re interested in the process of restoration, this is a neat sneak peek at the “before”!
